You can check out a video teaser for Komplete 9 below. Everything found in this latest Komplete bundle fully integrates with Maschine, the company's line of hardware/software groove boxes. (Those interested in what's happening under the hood can check out creator Vadim Zavalishin's articles on the processing techniques behind its sound engine.) The Battery drum sampler has also gotten a major update for its fourth release, with a number of new drumkits and drag-and-drop routing options now available. The synth is notable for its Moog-like simplicity, though NI has emphasized the sophisticated DSP behind its sound. A new monophonic synthesizer, the Monark, is included in both versions. There are a couple of new additions as well. Familiar inclusions like NI's Kontakt and Reaktor are still available on both versions, and recent plug-in packages like the Premium Tube Series find their way onto the Ultimate bundle. Kontakt instruments has appeared in Komplete Ultimate bundles since Komplete. As usual, NI's latest update will be available in two versions: the standard build offers 33 effects and instruments and over 120 gigabytes of samples, while Komplete 9 Ultimate includes 65 devices and totals 370 gigabytes shipped on a USB 2.0 external hard drive. Komplete bundles from Komplete 7 through Komplete 9 Ultimate. Komplete features an array of plug-ins, software synthesizers and sampled instruments. Native Instruments has unveiled Komplete 9, the latest version of its instruments and effects bundle.
